Nurturing The Womb

Today, around 75 million people have autism spectrum disorder, which is 1% of the world’s population. That prevalence has risen from 1 in 10,000 children in 1970 to 1 in 36 children in 2023, according to the CDC. This exponential increase in prevalence, if continued, will result in 1 in 3 children autistic by 2030.

How are we manifesting chronic inflammation so early following birth? After all, we don’t have a fully established human immune system until about six months of age.

Facing these increasing numbers, it is my strong belief that something needs to be done. New therapies in preparation for conception need to come to the forefront. I strongly believe we can create a high vibrational environment prior to conception, throughout child birth and beyond. Presenting a thriving child bearer and partner, increasing healthy birthing success, in hopes to decrease the rise in autism.

Preparing for conception, pregnancy, and childbirth is a profound journey that involves not just physical but also emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. Creating a healthy high vibrational environment within both partners sets the stage for the development of a vibrant and thriving individual. In this work, we’ll explore steps to raise the vibrational frequency of both the child bearer and partner. By incorporating consistent specific practices and holistic lifestyle choices, you can create an optimal environment for the healthy development of your child and the well-being of your family.

I wanted to share a perspective shift that has been profoundly transformative for me, and I believe it might resonate with you as well.

In our journey towards personal growth and self-discovery, we often encounter challenges that stem from our ego, that self-centered aspect of ourselves that can cloud our judgment and hinder meaningful connections with others. What if, instead of letting our ego guide us, we allowed our intuition to take the lead?

Embracing intuition over ego involves trusting our inner wisdom, that gut feeling or instinct that often knows what’s right for us on a deeper level. It’s about quieting the noise of self-importance and opening ourselves to a more profound understanding of ourselves and those around us. By doing so, we invite a sense of authenticity, empathy, and clarity into our lives.
